| Hyde park gas station Tear out and Remodel | Jun 2016 | I tore out a small one toilet 4x6 ft bathroom and the 3 x 6 ft utility closet beside bathroom completely, to make one big 8 x 7 ft bathroom. I had to but the concrete slab to tie my 2 in floor drain line in to existing drain. I had to move the toilet and sink to their designated spots in new bathroom layout. Installed 12 x 24 in black/ gray tile to the floor and 12 x 24 in white/gray/ smoke colored tiles to wall from floor to ceiling. Grouted with black grout. Installed exhaust fan, new toilet, new cabinet, new sink, new door and finally painted outside Wall of new bathroom | $4k | Greenwood, SC | |
