A quote was given on Dec 30th to remodel a bath and shower with a new tub and tile. The work began on Jan 15th and the tile work was completed on Jan 29th when the owner requested final payment and informed me of a 6% increase due to material price increases. He left without even asking for a review of the work and demanded payment before the glass had been installed. Two weeks later we uncovered an issue with a loose bathtub fixture and apparent chipped tile underneath. We sent pictures of the issues twice without a response. After a voice call to ask for assistance, I was told that it was not an issue when he left and that I had a chip on my shoulder. He then hung up the phone on me. After working with several other contractors in the past who were honest, performed high quality services and only requested payment in full when the job was done, I can not recommend Vaughan Home Specialists, LLC based on my experience.
