Hey Guys my name is Darrien I have basically worked with this man since he started his business.He wont allow you to keep tips when you work hard and just pay you a flat rate, to him personally not having his stuff together so he uses you to get a job done I have a uhaul balance of 1,140 due to him and he will not pay it. This have been since 2019 I have stuff to do that requires uhaul and I can't cause I have a E Alert under his company.

They were so nice and professional!! They moved everything from my third floor apartment in great time and even worked to get everything in the truck even though it was a little too small for all our stuff! I would absolutely recommend them to use for your move!

DO NOT HIRE: Broke almost $1,000 worth of items packed and will not provide insurance information. Reported the case below and had no response from the vendor even with UHaul reaching out to them for an update. Have asked for insurance information several times, each time there is an excuse ie. driving/sick or just no response. Items that were broken were insufficiently packed, even though they left almost a box and a half of paper left. There was also bubble wrap and air pockets available to them, neither of which was used. Was told since they did not transport the items they were not responsible, however none of the items I packed were broken in any capacity. A large and fragile glass light fixture was placed in a box with a few pieces of paper next to it, not wrapped around but next to it. This piece was completely destroyed. I have photographic evidence of all items that were broken and the insufficient packing each received as well as documented attempts to resolve the issue. Texts/calls have gone ignored until I mentioned I would be submitting a review, the case with UHaul was never responded to and left open for their required amount of time (2 weeks), the request for the insurance policy is constantly ignored. Tuesday, December 25, 2018 - 12:09 AM Reached out on Friday at 4PM on 12/21 regarding a broken item that was completely destroyed due to inappropriate packing. Asked what the insurance policy was and was told they are driving to NY and can't text, responded asking when they had time to share the information. No response between Friday and Monday when I asked for the information again at 2:30PM on 12/24. Since the original request Friday, we have unpacked four additional broken items. Have picture evidence of all broken items and the packing. Would like the insurance policy information and how to file a claim to resolve the issue ASAP.

These guys did a fantastic job! Showed up early (after letting me know) and did everything necessary to move us from our apartment to a house, including going above and beyond for a couple of tough pieces of furniture. Everything was done quickly and carefully. Will definitely use them again.
