Quick response. Service tech Craig Eckhoff was knowledgeable and professional. They charged a service fee which was cheaper than manufacturer. They will diagnose the issue and let you know up-front how much it will cost. Manufacturer wanted to bill me in increments of 15 minutes. Highly recommend.
