  | House Remodel | Apr 2013 | Chrysalis Award Winning Project Whole House Remodel $500K-$1 Million The purpose of the project was to update a (at the time) contemporary 1970's residence. The layout was modified to provide living space that suited the client's lifestyle. The home is a weekend retreat for the owners and they wanted a bright open space for their leisure time. Older, outdated features were removed and replaced by modern amenities. Dark wood finishes, small bathrooms and an outdated kitchen were renovated to become light, bright and functional. By removing a few walls and installing new windows the homeowners can really feel the outside come in. Large areas for entertaining and a modern kitchen fit right in with the lifestyle of our client. | $800k | Hopewell, NJ |
