Lance Abrahamson is the son of a hardworking farmboy, who grew up in a family that never paid to have anything fixed. Lance's dad (Larry) believed that you could fix anything with a little knowledge, logic and hard work. This is where Lance developed his natural desire to know how things work and began acquiring the tools for problem solving. While still in college, Lance worked with a small remodeling company in Maple Plain, Window Replacement Specialists. Lance then decided to go out on his own. Lance has been working in the residential construction industry for 20 years and has been the owner of Residential Remodelers since 1998. Lance attended the University of Minnesota before entering the remodeling industry in 1988. Lance currently lives in Inver Grove Heights with his wonderful wife, 3 exceptional children and their needy dog Lucy. Nate Bentdahl began his construction career as a boy. Growing up with his mother who remodeled both of the houses they lived in. After high school Nate attended Hennepin Technical College to expand his building knowledge. Upon graduation he started work with Robert Mason Homes in the twin cities. Shortly after that Nate signed on with a local remodeling company in Minneapolis and soon found his passion. " I love the history involved in homes, I like opening up a wall and wondering what you will find." Nate has acquired a vast and varied knowledge of the construction industry in his 18 years in the field and has completed numerous courses in Chief Architect software home design. Lance and Nate have worked together since 1998 and officially partnered up in 2002 becoming equal share owners of Residential Remodelers.
