GMU CONSTRUCTION

I'm going to sue this company for the terrible job they did to my good friend's project. They took 4 months, did NOT finish, once the money from the contract was all paid, they asked for MORE money in cash and threatened that if they don't get paid extra they will NOT finish, they got the cash and still didn't finish. My friend got a new contractor and he is recording everything that Greg Urso has done wrong. In other words, everything is going to fall apart, they did a cheap and terrible job. DON'T TRUST Greg or his partner, ALL their reviews on facebook are from friends and family members NOT real clients. All of his real clients complain about him. Big fraud.

This company has zero integrity. Their work is mediocre at best. They redid our kitchen. The drywall work on the walls and ceiling is terrible, not flat. The new cabinets are all scratched, one drawer has a crack. They incorrectly drilled on one drawer and filled it up. They didn't bother to put baseboards, said that isn't part of a kitchen remodel! The appliances they got are cheap. The owner, Greg Urso talked us into concrete counters. They have huge ugly seams and the ends are rough. He promised multiple times he would fix it but they had to cure. Now he's saying he won't come back and fix them. He way overcharged to put up backsplash. He said he'd be dinner in a week. He put in a week then took a week off and then came back but it's still not done. He said he was offended that we don't appreciate his workmanship. He claimed to be a perfectionist. Fair warning, do not use them. I'm happy to share pictures. This is a horrible company. Oh, almost forgot, the day after he said he was done, I asked him when the counters would be fixed and he said if he doesn't get payment by Friday, he was putting a lien on our house, which is ridiculous. He knew what a crap job he did. Then because he knew how inferior his work is, he tried claiming we have fleas in our house. Haha, completely ridiculous. This is how a "professional" behaves. If you want good work, look elsewhere!
