Terrible Company, Terrible customer service. Ken Krause the owner is the worst. I came to him many times, when they make mistakes they don't fix it or apologize. Very rude! They destroyed our landscaping when plowing, they don't fix it. When doing lawn care, they skip services, deny they did, no apologizes. Arrogant, prideful and terrible service. SAVE YOUR SELF AND MONEY, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

We had Klean out to mow and take care of our fall clean up, they did a great job at a fair price we will call them again.

KLEAN Companies was hired to remove a tennis court and associated demolition debris from a property I was purchasing and to sod and re-seed the area with grass. The result was disastrous. Chunks of asphalt and concrete posts were pushed into piles into wooded areas of the property rather than removed from the property. Concrete and cut-off fence posts remained sticking up a couple inches above or flush with the ground all around the area. Some they attempted to hide some by piling dirt around them. The "seeded" area was un-mowable, containing dozens of chunks of asphalt (some 12+ inches), nails, and at least 6 fence posts that were cut off at ground level. They claim to have brought in top soil for the area to be seeded, but either didn't bring in nearly enough or else mixed it with all the class 5 gravel/rocks that had been the tennis court foundation. Basically, they threw grass seed over the gravel. After closing on the property, they made one or two poor attempts to finish removing debris but always would do the minimum. They would never return phone calls but instead would show up when I wasn't around (my wife just happened to be home). The very first phone call Ken (the owner) returned was him calling to say he had already lost too much money on the job and wasn't going to clean up any more. I had to spend about $5000 and months of my own time re-doing their work to make the area usable and mowable.

Chris with Klean Company did a very poor job on my bathroom tile. The cuts on the tile were crooked and many of my tiles were chipped. HE DID NOT USE A WET SAW! Any experienced Tiler would have known to do so. I trusted that I was hiring a professional. I was obviously wrong. The grout work was splotchy, some areas were filled while other areas were bare. His workmanship and attention to detail were non existent. When I requested him to fix things, he was extremely hesitant and was only willing to do the minimum. I ended up using hours of my own time to fix and clean up the job. He always appeared like he was rushing through the job. Communication was also poor. Many customers are unaware of what type of tile options are available...Chris brought nothing to the table in terms of ideas. Ken, the owner of the company showed no interest in assisting to resolve our issues. Actions speaks louder than words. I cant speak of the other services with Klean Companies, but I would never recommend tile work with this company. Maybe a year ago this company had good reviews? This company has a poor work ethic and no integrity.
