Fanastic job. J&S Home Services (Jeremy) surpassed all my requirements. He finished my decking and railing work after another contractors structural work. I didn't want the original contractor to finish since there were communication problems. J&S Home Services completed my elevated deck and an attached second higher deck using Azek decking materials. Throughout Jeremy knew what he was doing and I felt confident of his workmanship and attention to detail. Jeremy also helped me outside of the contract by giving construction advice, improvements on the existing structure, as well as, other home projects I will need to do. Jeremy is a professional in his communication, courteous and respectful in all interactions. Jeremy answered and responded quickly to my all questions. Jeremy was patient and understanding when there was a delay in materials. I highly recommend J&S Home Services for all home renovations and construction. It was a real pleasure to have a great contractor and I will hire him again and again.

Jeremy took charge of removing and hauling away my old deck. The new deck he built is beautiful. It is exactly what we asked for and more. I would absolutely hire his company to do any future projects I have in the future!!!!
