Customer had an awkward 3 ft by 15 ft bathroom. We put a wall up in the middle, making a comfortable bathroom with a brand new custom tile shower and adding a closet to the once, closet-less room. We also built a closet into the corner of another room, making this room a bedroom and increasing the value of the house. We custom made all the trim to match the 1940's style trim still in the rest of the home. We were able to cut some costs by finding wood flooring underneath the previous bathroom floor.

They took advantage of the extra space and doubled their kitchen size by removing a wall in between the kitchen and a bedroom and turning it into their dream kitchen. The price on this job included durable quartz counter tops, custom hickory cabinets, new floors (sub floor and tile finish), trendy farmer style sink, under cabinet lighting, new sheet rock and paint on all walls and ceiling (previously paneling), new appliances, new window and new french doors leading to the new deck.

New Deck Construction with composite material. Deck was on a hillside with soft dirt. We needed extra long material in which we hand selected for quality assurance. We also used various methods of ensuring a strong base. Price was all-inclusive (labor, material). The customer wanted a deck that was wheel chair accessible. This meant that we had to hide a 6 inch slope in the deck to avoid a step, without compromising the integrity and even aesthetics of the deck. Project was a huge success and every goal was accomplished.
