Crown Molding | Jan 2015 | Large Crown molding installed in every room of this elegant 2 story home. Price included installation and painting. This price actually a few other minor home repairs and hanging a chandelier. | $5k | Greenville, SC
Historic Downtown Greenville Bathroom Remodel | Oct 2014 | Customer had an awkward 3 ft by 15 ft bathroom. We put a wall up in the middle, making a comfortable bathroom with a brand new custom tile shower and adding a closet to the once, closet-less room. We also built a closet into the corner of another room, making this room a bedroom and increasing the value of the house. We custom made all the trim to match the 1940's style trim still in the rest of the home. We were able to cut some costs by finding wood flooring underneath the previous bathroom floor. | $6k | Greenville, SC
Kitchen Renovation with new deck | Oct 2014 | The family here had kids just moving out of the house. They took advantage of the extra space and doubled their kitchen size by removing a wall in between the kitchen and a bedroom and turning it into their dream kitchen. The price on this job included durable quartz counter tops, custom hickory cabinets, new floors (sub floor and tile finish), trendy farmer style sink, under cabinet lighting, new sheet rock and paint on all walls and ceiling (previously paneling), new appliances, new window and new french doors leading to the new deck. | $30k | Greenville, SC
Back Yard Deck Construction | Jun 2014 | This deck was a rebuild for a home on the market. We tore down the old, poorly constructed deck and replaced it with this nice one. The house sold within a week and the new owner commented on how the back yard deck was one his favorite attributes of the whole house! | $5k | Greenville, SC
Exterior Stair Rails | Jun 2013 | Customer needed rails for older family members. Required specific details due to HOA regulations. | $2k | Travelers Rest, SC
Lake Lanier Deck | May 2013 | New Deck Construction with composite material. Deck was on a hillside with soft dirt. We needed extra long material in which we hand selected for quality assurance. We also used various methods of ensuring a strong base. Price was all-inclusive (labor, material). The customer wanted a deck that was wheel chair accessible. This meant that we had to hide a 6 inch slope in the deck to avoid a step, without compromising the integrity and even aesthetics of the deck. Project was a huge success and every goal was accomplished. | $16k | Landrum, SC
Front Porch Rails | Dec 2014 | Installed nice wood rails with black metal pickets and composite hand rail on front porch of this new modern home. | $2k | Travelers Rest, SC
