MASTON HOMES?

Very disappointing to say the least. Builder/Contractor rude, foul mouthed and arrogant. We built modular and the roof had many leaks. Builder sent out people who didn't speak English to caulk the holes. 7 times!!! We hired professional roof company to assess situation and they said it was totally installed incorrectly. They nailed the shingles right through the roof causing leaks. We had one year warranty and they were just going to plug the holes til warranty ran out. He told us there was no way we were getting a new roof and proceeded to use the "F" word a dozen times. The office sales person is very nice trying to get you to build with them but then she doesn't' warn you that she is out of the process and now you are dealing with the builder. She lives with him. He can never meet you on your time only on his. He can't tell you enough how you are getting a deal. You do not get a contract only a order form. The whole process took a lot longer than said and it was a modular that needed to be dismantled and moved to another spot 5 miles away. We went weeks without hearing from them. No updates, nothing. Since they are the alleged "professionals" they should go over everything they will do. They did not clean house at end of construction and anything I asked they said the house is "as is". Never told me that in beginning. Would never use them again for anything!
