Kitchen and Bath Restoration

The owner of the company (as he referred to himself since he never gave me his name) was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and downright mean. Would definitely not recommend. The work fine, incomplete relative to what I was told would be done, but the service was absolutely terrible. By far my worst contractor experience ever and I’m in the midst of a full home reno.

1 star because I can't give zero. I paid $250 for a chip in my tub to be refinished so the tub wouldn't end up with a hole in it. They came out and worked on it, it looked great but after waiting the recommended amount of time for it to dry...we ran water and the clear coat they covered it with wiped right off. I called them back and they literally told me that "Some tubs do not drain properly and when water sits in them overnight it can cause the finish to come off" so basically they say that tubs aren't meant to hold water! They came out to fix it again free of charge and the same thing happened. Now I am left with the same chip but with a circle of damage around it from what they did. They will not refund my money. This work was done on 4-25-2020. Very disappointing.

I am giving 1 star because I cannot give ZERO! The work these guys did was completely worthless. We had a couple chips in our tub and had them come out to fix it. After the work was complete, the tub looked fine until we cleaned the tub and at that point, whatever they used to repair the tub wiped right off. So now the tub is back to what it looked like before the repair. We called them and told them about the problem, and they offered to come back out to repair it again...but, they were going to charge us another $200! Are you kidding me??? We obviously were not going to pay another $200 for crappy work! So, we called Miracle Solutions and they came out, used an injection and paint match as opposed to liquid paper or whatever Kitchen and Bath Restoration used, and had the repair done correctly. I personally spoke with Alex and he refuses to refund our money. I guess he feels that standing behind their crappy product and workmanship means something, even if it results in a very upset customer that is going to post a negative review. Doesn't make sense to me, just follows suit to how these guys run their entire operation. I wouldn't refer these guys to anyone....ever! Absolutely horribly run business!
