Asset Home Services is a licensed home inspector in South Carolina providing services primarily in the these cities and surrounding areas: Newberry, Columbia, Irmo, Chapin and Lexington. Your home is one of your largest investments. The decision to sell your home, to purchase a new home, or just the routine maintenance of your home takes careful consideration. Our inspection meets or exceeds the South Carolina and ASHI Standards and covers all major systems including the roof, structure, electrical, heating, cooling, insulation, plumbing, interior and exterior. We encourage you to attend the inspection as it is an excellent opportunity for you to familiarize yourself with your home. Asset Home Services can turn a difficult and uninformed decision into a easier well informed one. For a modest investment, the yield is high and we guarantee our service to you. Asset Home Services is now the proud to be the main provider of Carolina Heatwood Cabinetry in Columbia, SC and surrounding areas. THE ARCHITECTURE & DESIGN It was decided that our product would be a flat-packed, “ready to assemble” or RTA cabinet, with an option for Asset Home Service assembly and installation. Why give the customer an option for unassembled flat-packed cabinets? Because if the customer chooses the unassembled option, it affords a lower price point. In addition, shipping costs are far reduced and damage minimized during delivery. After polling hundreds of our tenured cabinet customers for what they thought was their best selling cabinet, a full overlay / classic miter / raised panel door style was picked for our line up. Our product line consists of classic colors: Mocha Java stain and Vanilla Creme paint – and both options glazed, “Cinnamon” and Linen White stain color. Our door styles consist of a Shaker and a Wilmington design. We can also paint all of our stock cabinets any color that you can imagine! THE BEST FINISH AVAILABLE All our CHC cabinets have a UV-cured non-yellowing chemical resistant T-6 ( the best) clear coat on all cabinet interior parts, boxes, shelves, drawers, backs, etc. These finishes can only be factory applied with a special UV roll coat machine, which allows the finished product to posses all these attributes. CHC cabinets have four color options at this time. Both the Raleigh (cream painted look) and the Charlotte (mocha stain look) have an ACID CATALYZED CONVERSION COATING. On the Raleigh cabinet there is a primer, colored topcoat, and a clear coat that is an acid catalyzed conversion coating. The Charlotte cabinet has stain and glaze with two coats of the clear acid catalyzed conversion coating. Both our Salem and our Wilmington offerings utilize a conversion coated finish for extreme durability. All of our cabinets far exceed the standard for national KCMA ( Kitchen Cabinet Mfg. Assoc.) finish certification. What does this mean? It means that our cabinets are chemically resistant, UV resistant (which means they won’t show a color difference where sunlight hits the surface – as opposed to unexposed areas), and most important of all – scratch resistant. BELLS & WHISTLES – AND IMMEDIATE DELIVERY Early on, a commitment was made by our cabinet team to leave no stone unturned when it came to features and offered accessories. We added every known extra to our CHC product. Solid wood raised door panels, five piece drawer fronts, dovetailed drawer boxes, self-adjusting/full extension/soft close/under mount drawer guides, full 1/2″ plywood box construction, 1 1/2″ X 3/4″ solid wood face frames, and 3/4″ adjustable plywood shelves were utilized. Upgraded finishes were applied – both inside and out. The cabinets would be assembled just like regular custom cabinets – glued and pinned – not put together with cam locks or cheap staples. The wood species would be birch or poplar ONLY. Even the center face frame, the back, and the bottom of the cabinet would be solid wood. This was going to be the finest semi-custom cabinet that money can buy – and consistent with Web-Don’s philosophy of selling only 1st tier quality products. On top of that, we have added a huge number of offered accessories: trims, moldings, decorative panels, roll-out shelves, etc., to our SKU list. We believe that we can provide our customers every single cabinet piece that they will need for their project – and have the entire order available to them in 1-2 weeks (unassembled). ASSET HOME SERVICE’S CABINET FUTURE We intend to continue broadening our offering with respect to door styles and colors in the coming months and years. We also have entry level cabinets for multi-unit projects available by container. Whether your need is a particle board box with a slab door or something slightly more elaborate, we can handle your order. These cabinets are special order only, and will obviously require longer lead times. Call CHC today for more information on our multi-unit economy cabinet offerings!
