Quality Plus Heating & Air

Fore more than 10 years, Quality Plus has provided excellent service for our heating and air conditioning needs. Recently, they installed a Rinnai tankless water heater in our home. Their installation service was again of the highest quality and the professionalism and attention to detail was much appreciated. Would recommend the Quality Plus to all looking for excellent service at a reasonable price.

Words cannot express how grateful I am for Mr. Whitfield and his crew members. They truly helped me. My electric bill was through the roof during the winter months, and I didn't understand why. Then, it quit working properly. His company came out and assessed, and discovered the root of the problem- a problem that I never knew existed. They replaced the parts that needed replacing and repaired the parts that needed replacing, and their price was very reasonable. Now, because of their help, there have been 2 months where I have not owed the electric company anything. My bill has gone down that much. I am truly grateful each time an electric bill comes in the mail and reflects my actual usage (and not the problem it used to reflect). They treated me with kindness, helpfulness, and fairness. I would refer them to anyone who needed help. Thank you.

We have used Quality Plus Heating & Air, Inc. on four different projects: • Install new home air-conditioning unit (previous house) and implement dual zones for upstairs/downstairs. Also reconfigure duct work to operate upstairs independently and supply additional air to FROG room. • Replace gas furnace for one with a cracked manifold. • Install new home air-conditioning unit. • Install dehumidifier for crawl space. Know how – Most importantly, in each of these projects the engineers were able to choose or guide us into cost effective options that actually worked and solved the problem for which they were hired. (The cracked furnace was discovered by a Quality Plus employee during a home inspection and prior to moving in.) Professionalism – In each instance the technicians we respectful and courteous while demonstrating the skills to handle the job. In some cases the lead person would actually direct the work flow in such a way as to minimize the downtime so occupants could enjoy conditioned air as much as possible. Responsible – There were some problems as is typical with any construction related projects, such as incorrect ducting or missing/different item than was in contract. Quality Plus Heating & Air always dealt with the situation immediately and to our satisfaction. Cost effective – Jobs were competitively quoted and Quality Plus Heating & Air was found reasonably priced. Demonstrating the know how to engineer the work and being competitive on price goes a long way with anyone making a recommendation. But of greater importance to me personally, is the handling of problems when they do arise. It has been my experience that management works to solve problems straightaway and is rigorous to protect the company’s reputation. That is chief reason I recommend them. David Haisten
