Unreliable and unprofessional. He took my credit card number and then blew me off. He did not provide all the service that was promised in his quote and to this day has not returned my calls or e-mail. On the day of the move, he left two workers who were incredibly slow and sloppy, dragging my furniture instead of lifting it -- scratching everything up. They broke one bookshelf and did not take responsibility, saying it was still useable. He crushed my wicker furniture and ruined it after I continually asked him not to stack heavy boxes on it. They were unequipped and only brought a 15 foot truck and then he started yelling at me, blaming me for his slow workers and small truck, and they drove off without completely the work. Also, he'd promised they'd be COVID-19 safe because of my immune disorder, but halfway through, they just started taking off their masks and quit caring, disrespecting my things. He told me he'd come back the next day at 1 to finish, so I paid him, but he never showed up the next day or answered my call. He makes a good first impression but that impression is not a good indicator of his service. Cannot trust this company.
