Integrity Exteriors

Warren Joyce at Integrity Exteriors was overall pleasant and seemed extremely knowledgeable. We had him inspect our roof and we were quite happy with the service. That was three weeks ago. Warren has yet to send his report to us. Myself and my mother, Kathleen Lanteigne, have contacted him several times. He promised to send the report by the next day. That was two weeks ago. Now he won’t answer our phone calls. Our roof is compromised and we really need this report so we know what course to take to remedy it. I would happily change this review if an adequate report was received. We are very disappointed, especially since Integrity is in the name. Also, Mr. Joyce is not punctual. We had an appointment scheduled for a specific time. After waiting for him to arrive for over an hour, I contacted him through text message. He said he forgot and rescheduled for later that afternoon at 4pm. He was late arriving to that appointment as well. I left a review on Facebook and his response was absolutely unprofessional. He refused to send us the inspection report and accused us of wanting him to work for free, even though he never discussed payment or sent an invoice. We would have been happy to pay for his services upon receipt of the inspection report.
