BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!!! I hired this company to clean my clients vacant house during construction. They threw buckets of water all over the floor near new kitchen cabinets. I have 10 videos of this act. It caused water damage to the new cabinets and I had to hire a remediation company to install dehumidifiers and fans to dry it out. The owner lied to my face and told me they did not use buckets of water but my cameras say otherwise. She told me to let the water sit for 24 hours and she would come back to tomorrow with a heater. That is not how this works. Her recommendation would ruin the cabinets because the water would have time to penetrate and swell the wood. Her heater would just heat the moisture it would have no where to go if a dehumidifier didn't pull it from the air and drain it out. I am still waiting for the bill from the remediation company and Electrican because of the outlets in the removed cabinets that has to be disconnected. This company has no insurance and uses a pre-paid legal membership to handle grievances. I plan to pursue legal action because their actions are negligent and show no respect for your property. I will update this ad based on how they respond. Past customers: If you hired this company and they mopped your floors take caution. This method of cleaning with no mop and throwing buckets of water around your house appeared normal to them. Further proven by the owner of the company watching her employees do this and not correcting them in my videos. In my opinion, if she convinced you to let it dry and her heater was the solution you should have your house tested for mold. Seriously. Water damage is nothing to delay or play with and it's the exact reason my no one should throw buckets of water on your floors.
