NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH ERIKS APPLIANCE CARE. YOU WILL REGRET IT He’s an awful businessman. No customer service skills. He lies. He incorrectly accuses people of Lying (his clients), he insults his clients (he told me one of my tenants was “hostile” and he lacks a basic understanding of how you run a business and deal with customers

I don't write reviews so you know this was a bad experience. Look elsewhere if you would like to be treated with dignity and respect. I have never had such a poor experience with a "business" in my life. I reached out to Erik regarding a dryer at my property. He was prompt in returning my call and said he would come by the following day to take a look at it. I followed up via text the next day and he responded. When he arrived at the property, I explained that residents of the property were home and expecting him and that I could be there in minutes if need be. He determined the problem with my dryer and said that he would need to order parts for its repair. I offered to put down a deposit and he declined. I followed up later in the week and the parts had come in. I asked when he could schedule an appointment... no response. I called him and left a message. He returned my call and left a message. I called him back and he said most likely over the weekend, if not Monday at the latest but no specific timeframe was given. He asked if someone would be home and I assured him one of the property residents would be there and that he could call me for credit card payment or, if preferred, could be there to give him a check or cash payment. On Monday, I called him and left a message. He retuned my call and indicated that he was trying to reach me but his phone was acting strange. He said he would be out later in the day. Still no time frame offered. I sent him another message, pictured below, expressing my frustration with the lack of communication and follow through as it was after 6 and still had not heard from him. He promptly returned my call and preceded to accuse me of dodging his calls and trying to evade paying for service. I told him that was rude and unprofessional and that if he was available I could meet him there to complete the job and promptly pay him. He then hung up on me. I have NEVER dealt with a more unprofessional and disrespectful business owner. Ever. I have observed that Erik likes to reply back to dissatisfied customers and attempt to blame them for the poor experience so I am attaching my texts with him. For context, his answering machine invites customers to text as a "more efficient" means of communication, although I do not recommend contacting him under any circumstances.

Worst experience and customer service ever! Erik, the owner was rude and obnoxious. We called to have our auto ice maker repaired which would sometimes make cubes and other times just dump water into the tray freezing in one large mass. When he asked me what the problem was and asked me other questions he basically told me because I had glasses in what was now the unused tray that was interfering with the ice cubes being made. He said that was how he found it and he had to believe that was the issue. No matter how I e planned the situation he basically accused me of being untruthful and that the problem really didn’t exist. He went to his truck to call a rep and after 10 minutes he left. Erik was rude, and condescending and quite honestly I should have asked him to leave my home. If I could have given him zero stars I would have!

Awful awful customer service!! He took my money and still hasn't fixed my washing machine!! It's been three weeks.
