I spent 12 years as a new construction drywall and painter. The last 7 years i was a new construction residential building superintendent . I recently went on my own. I am experienced in all phases of construction as well as waterfront construction. From spackle and paint to tile, bathrooms, kitchens , trim work , framing , windows and doors , and decking and vinyl trim work.
