We had a number of issues discovered after purchasing a home in Summerton, SC. After work with independent contractors who didn't show up on time, nor clear on expectations and cost, working with Mike and his team was exceptional. Within hours, a septic cleaning service had arrived, and over the course of days I had plumbers, electricians, and HVAC technicians arrive to complete agreed on work, within budget. As a disabled veteran, I appreciate having one trustworthy team to contact for any home repair or upgrade.

Good Evening, I had an issue with my AC Unit leaking, in my home in SC and I text Mike and right way he said he would send someone out the next day. The next day was a Sunday, a young man came to my home and fixed the AC Unit and everything was good!! I truly thank Mike and his crew for being so understanding during my time of need! We recently purchased a heat pump. Mike and his team were very professional . The team arrived early on day promised. Work was completed in one day and team supervisor and worker did not leave until system was checked thoroughly for proper functioning.

Want to replace our HVAC system and Mike showed up on time. Gave us a very through explanation of all of the work that he would do to complete the project.
