Navin Uppal owes me a lot of money. not to be trusted for sure

Navin Uppal came to our house on March 7, 2021 and sold us on an under decking project with RS Seamless Gutters. Navin said the work should be done within 4 weeks. He gladly took the 50% deposit and cashed it immediately. End of April Navin responded to our communication and stated he had supplier delays, project should be done within 4 weeks. End of May Navin finally responded to numerous requests and stated a new measurement is needed and it will be done SOON. Early June 2021 a complaint was filed with the Mn Attorney Generals Office and the Better Business Bureau. Navin responded to both of these agencies that the work should be done within 4 weeks. Here we are at end of September 2021 and no work has been done. We requested or deposit back of which Navin ignores. Navin doesn’t respond to emails, text messages or phone calls and in the event he does, he will give out construction dates that are not met, or he will say delays because it is too hot, poor air quality or medical delays. Based upon our experience so far with Navin Uppal and RS Seamless Gutters, I would strongly tell someone to STAY AWAY from doing business with them.

The RS Gutter installer did excellent work and was very creative and knowledgeable and provided us with several suggestions on how to improve our gutter system. This installer has been with RS Seamless Gutters for 21 years and is a true professional in the industry. We were impressed that the installer cleaned up and removed the old gutters each day. Quality work and we are well pleased!
