He hired and paid Robert Haines for a roof repair. After giving us a deceiving assessment of what was causing a leak in our roof, he did a quick job in an area that was not causing the leak in the first place. After we contacted him because our roof repair as still leaking he said he would come fix it but never did. After a month of trying to reach him we filed a complain but he refused to cooperate with the solutions department. Now after two months of headaches, we are taking him to the small claim court and taking our case to the attorney General in our area. Waste of time and money to deal with this company, do not hire!!!

We hired Robert Haines for roof repair in Feb 2017, he offered to us a 10 year warranty all for a cost of $1600... In Aug 2017 we had a leak in which we called / sent email and received no response. In Dec 2017 another leak, different location - this time i was able to get him on the phone initially to tell him about my issue and request that he come out to make the repairs which he agreed but will not confirm when. He is now unresponsive to email, text or voicemail and I believe has blocked my number. Very poor business ethic, but furthermore his work is subpar and when confronted to fix he disappears. If i could rate with less than a star, I would.

Rob called me within 5 minutes of posting my request and set up an appointment to come by later that same week. When he go up on the roof he noticed the flashing on my chimney separated and gave me a great price to repair the shingle that fell off and fix the flashing as well. After he gave me the quote he immediately went back onto the roof and repaired it and 30 minutes later my roof was good to go. I would recommend Rob to anyone who needs some roof repair work done and would definitely use him again.

I have known Rob probably 26 years. He does a Excellent roofer. Rob is a excellent friend as well lots of experience in roofing. I would recommend Rob for all your roofing needs.
