Do not trust this company! I used him for electrical work in early 2022 and promptly paid him in full. Then In November, I asked him to do some work for me before the end of the year. The owner, Alphonso, literally promised me when he got back from his vacation on December 9, 2022, he would do the work. He knew I needed it done before the end of the year. It was only a four hour job and he could do it any day he wanted. I had a deadline with the city inspectors office to get the work done by the end of the year, and he knew that. I waited for him to get back from his vacation, and then he was non-responsive for several days to my texts. Finally, he told me he took a big job up north and could not do my work. Even when I begged him to do the work in January, when he had time, he said, he would not be able to do the work. It was only a four hour job! He did not care that I had a deadline with the city inspectors department. He put me in a terrible position. I had to hire another electrician on short notice and had to pay a premium for the work. Discussed on phone service and quote. Service man showed me text on his phone that confirmed service requested. Bill showed inflated hours and when emailed charged incorrectly said they could not honor quote because service provided was different than request. Dishonest and disloyal company.
