About Trio Landscaping
Trio Landscaping is consultation, design and project management services providing outdoor living, concept to completion! We are a design build focus with the opportunity for you to do some work as well. We start with a personal on-site consultation that will help define what elements need to be included and find out what kind of feeling you are looking for, then blend them for your own personal landscape concept. This service is more creative than just finding out how many plants you are wanting, but forms the ideas on which custom plans can be drafted in the next step of the process. Topics include: yard use, views, privacy needs, entertainment use, relaxation, personal style, color/texture preference. These topics then feed into ideas on how to layout your yard with patios/decks, plantings, accent/retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, fire features, water features, lighting, sustainable practices and so much more. We then compile the site information with your needs and create a scaled plan identifying your spaces and plant materials- you can work from this plan or have us manage the crews to complete the project for you. Give us the opportunity and we will show you the possibility your yard can have by integrating landscaping that works for your style and needs.

  | Front Yard Patio | Aug 2014 | A front yard upgrade to the existing foundation plantings. A new seat wall around a brick patio that incorporates the kasota stone already used on the front steps creates a nice sitting area for spectating the family and neighborhood kids as they play in the yard. A few new shrubs give just enough space between the porch and patio with out closing things off. A nice bedline of bullet edging holds the accent trees and perennials and tie it all together. We delivered, and included a parking place, but disguised it with kiwi vines and beans. A sunken patio with basil at your fingertips while listening to the waterfall. walk along the front walk and see the blueberries, raspberries and pumpkin along the thyme. We did a full plan and began to work the project in from the ground up. New walls were installed to retain the slope down to the lake. New patio spaces for the family to relax and entertain were combined with the decks to make a functional space and work with the city's requirements. A outdoor kitchen consisting of a long counter for buffets and a integrated grill make it a great hosting space right off the kitchen.
