We bring years of experience and expertise in discerning quality craftsmanship, anticipating and minimizing trouble spots and understanding the optimum sequencing of events to execute a smooth and timely construction phase. As a design/build firm we act as the main contractor throughout the construction process. We are responsible for the layout of all construction components and manage all subcontractors contributing to the job. Whether you choose to complete the construction process over time, or to have all construction and planting occur together, we manage, coordinate and superintend all aspects of the construction activity. Let Us Make Sure You Are Completely Satisfied Once the project has been completed, Andrew will do a final walk through with you, to ensure that every square inch of the project is exactly as you expected. INSTALL This scaled plan will include elements such as roads, paths, terraces, courtyards, stone walls, special garden areas, water features, fences, arbors, outdoor fireplaces and kitchens and plantings. General layout and material will be indicated. At this point we will produce an approximate construction estimate to help establish a general price for construction. We will then schedule a meeting with you to discuss the design layout and price. We will address your feedback and will incorporate changes as necessary into the final plan.
