Castle Building & Remodeling

We hired Castle after getting similar bids from several other contractors. They helped us understand the scope of our full kitchen remodel and the hidden costs involved in adding on, working with us to save money by staying within our existing structure. Throughout the process they were willing and able to give us advice and suggestions when we needed them, but listened carefully to our wants and needs at each step. Although much of the work was done by subcontractors, I was consistently impressed with the quality of work by each trade AND it was readily apparent that Castle had done a great job of communicating with each of the people who had a hand in the project. Were there any hiccups? Of course. Materials were late or workers were busy on other projects, but that happens with any months-long project of this scope. The most annoying factor was sheet flooring that came up 4 inches short for the space and other measurements that resulted in unwanted (but well fixed) patches. When any concerns arose, they were quick to address them to our satisfaction. Before the project was complete, we were impressed enough to have Castle provide an exclusive bid (and ultimately all services on) an additional project rehabbing our bathroom shower area. Castle has helped our starter home become one that we will be happy to stay in for a very long time, but if any other major projects should arise, we won't hesitate to call them first.
