They were referred through Maytag to do a service appointment on our dryer. They were supposed to come to our residence between 6am and 3pm and did not show or call. When I called I could not reach anyone. I finally reached Peg and apparently it was her day off and she didn’t want to be bothered and swears the technician came to our home. He did not. When I said this to her she became defensive and hung up on me. Maytag rescheduled them and they did not call or show up the second time either. Please do not waste your time or give business to them.
