Please do not use this company! Owner Chuck Ganzenmuller has been arrested numerous times for defrauding consumers in HVAC scams. I am a victim from Pennsylvania! http://patch.com/new-york/wantagh/da-former-wantagh-man-pleads-guilty-to-scamming-homeowners

My sister has been using sudden comfort for her maintenance and repairs. When I purchased my home the AC wasn't working. They came out almost immediately and informed me that the compressor was no good and a replacement system would be the better option as opposed to repairing the 16 year old system. They discussed the options and difference in equipment and ultimately i chose to go with the better equipment which was actually cheaper than the economy equipment others quoted me. Great company, great guys.
