Paid about $15,000 for irrigation and sod installation. Irrigation system does not water parts of the yard. Obviously the layout was wrong or just shotty work. Also other areas where the sprinkler heads were installed they did not spray far enough one way or another and needed adjusted. Contacted them 3 times and they told me they’d come out and fix it and never did. I live a few block from them and they don’t have time to stop by and fix? Imagine if you don’t live close? You think they are going to do any better. Obviously with these temps parts of my new lawn was not getting watered and dying. So take any warranty they offer as absolutely meaningless. You think if they won’t fix their work to begin with they are coming out for a warranty? You would think they’d care a little bit seeing how expensive the job was and I wanted my backyard done later this year. They did not lay sod up to my property line which is clearly visible. Obviously just laziness and a lack of pride in work. Anyone can see where it’s supposed to go from pictures. Also was told they’d come out to fix and never did. A few areas I have more weeds than grass, see pictures. Also some areas the sod was laid behind the sprinkler on my driveway. Yes that’s correct, I had sod laid onto my asphalt driveway. See photos. If you read this review and still decide to hire, You have no one to blame but yourself when your waiting months and they never return to fix the job while you keep getting told they’ll fix it. And have to hire someone else and sue for the costs it took to fix the job you paid them to do. Especially when it wouldn’t take them that long to fix. You’ve been warned.
