  | Wilson Sunroom | Oct 2015 | On this project, we first added a footer to the existing concrete slab to support the structure. We then used aluminum extrusions to frame up the walls. A pre-engineered product was used as the roof, which was then shingled to match the home. This same material was used to add the knee wall along the bottom of the sunroom which we then applied vinyl siding to match the home. The widows installed are horizontal glass sliders from Custom Windows System, with a PGT sliding glass door on one side. The customer added a split-unit HVAC system for comfort. | $23k | Longs, SC |
