Eric C's Electric Co.

This was the most unprofessional and dishonest company I have ever had to deal with. They were sent to my home by my home warranty company in August to fix two outlets that were not functioning. At that point the fee for my horn warranty company was paid per my contract to the technician. Upon him leaving my home we found that the outlet he claimed to have fixed was not functioning within five minutes of him leaving. We proceeded to contact our home warranty company and they issued what is called a recall for Eric C’s to come and complete the work that was not completed correctly, per my home warranty company we were not to be charged for this due to the company being at fault. The technician was rude upon his returning stating he couldn’t believe he had been recalled and fixed the issue. At the end of October I received a letter from my home warranty company that my contract was being terminated due to failure to pay Eric C’s for his work upon returning. After investigation with my home warranty company it was found that Eric C’s issued a bill to my company stating he repaired a completely different outlet than the one he did, and claimed that it was different work than the outlet that he did not fix in the first place. This company not only didn’t complete the work correctly the first time but attempted to lie to obtain more money for the repair of what they didn’t complete correctly. Thank goodness my company records all calls and we’re able to verify our conversation regarding the work not being done correctly. Horrible horrible company.

The ceiling fan in my living room suddenly stopped working and I couldn’t figure out why. The light in the fan worked but not the fan itself.My home insurance sent out Eric C’s Electrical and they were able to fix the problem in no time at all. The technician was very professional, proficient, and thorough. I will use them from now on for all my home repair needs!!!

Absolutely horrible. We’re here to fix smoke detectors and left with them chirping. They were sent by insurance company and were suppose to fix detectors and all they did was swap or 2 units and left with the system still not working. They couldn’t even diagnose what the problem was. Have 2 kids and they left me with no working smoke alarms. Very unprofessional.
