Due to a couple of hurricanes, our dwelling roof was in poor condition. Pear Tree Renovations (David Partridge) worked with us and an independent examiner from insurance company to determine the damage. The result was that it was fully covered by insurance, less our deductible. Pear Tree Renovations then installed upgraded architectural shingles to our roof which will hold up better in future wind storms. And they did it at a very fair price with excellent workmanship. David was prompt, a skilled craftsman and a very hard worker. The fence was finished on time and looks great. I highly recommend David and Pear Tree Renovations and would consider them for future projects.

Dave did a great job making a custom pantry for me! Also he did my tile backsplash in the kitchen and a window over the kitchen entry. He was always on time, stayed on budget and is honest!

We had an excellent working relationship with David--and a most beautiful outcome with our porch! David did a stunning job laying tile, on a diagonal, that is perfect! David was always timely, very trustworthy, ethical, responsible--a pleasure to have in our home while working! Would highly recommend!
