Not happy at all. I called and told the lady exactly what was wrong with my garage door opener. I gave her the name of the part, the make and model. I was told it would be a $79 charge for the tech. to come out. When he did he took one look at it and said $450. I said too replace the part, no , the opener. I said what about the part? He said he has never fixed one so he would replace the opener ( a $178 opener by the way) I told him no and why did he come knowing exactly what I needed. He said the lady in the office told him my Genie opener was broken, that's all. 5 minutes for him to do NOTHING and $79
