I had issues from day one. Contractor was not informative and had a nasty attitude on several occasions. My floors were scratched from dragging the dishwater that they damaged across my floor. I used all of my extra flooring to replace the brand new flooring that was scratched. I still have scratches on my floors. I had over 100 nail pops in my WALLS and every ceiling in the house. It cost me over $2000 in paint repairs and over a week out of work. Door knobs put on backward, railing on back deck wasn’t even nailed down. All the boards show across my ceilings and I have a place in my kitchen has a bowed board that the contractor refused to fix. Concrete drive way has several cracks. There are so many issues, I’ve already considered selling the house. The house is only a year old. Please do your homework when hiring a contractor. I thought I did!

Lowcountry Investments Inc. ( Jeff Harrelson) built my home over ten years ago and since then has done numerous other work for my wife and I including adding a sunroom and a circular driveway to our existing home. All work was done in a professional manner and would not hesitate to use this company again for any future plans that we might have!

He helped me to re-design the layout and upgrade the build quality while staying within the insurance budget.
