Jerry's Appliance Service

Highly disappointed in the service we received this morning from Adam. He seemed friendly on the phone but did nothing but complain once he came to look at my washer. He broke clips off the back of it and refused to fix the problem. Had the parts right next to him to fix it so that wasn't the issue. He literally said to my husband and I that he "didn't have the time to fix it" and would be back in a week to try. When I told him I wasn't waiting another week he offered to sell us the part so we could "do it ourselves". First of all how do you not have time if it's your job and we'd be paying for you to fix it? He just had a real shitty attitude about the whole situation, got up, said "good luck" and walked out the door. This company will never be welcome in my home again and will not be getting any recommendations from my family.
