At Innovative Custom Homes our motto is "Remodeling Homes for the way you Live". From adding a deck or porch, updating your bathroom or kitchen, to finishing your lower level or adding on to your home, no job is too small or too large. We've done it all! Our company was founded in 2005. We are family owned and operated. Together we accomplish successful projects in a full range of services. Jeremy, Lisa Marie and our team are prompt, courteous, talented and highly skilled. Jeremy is on site during every step of each project, to see that no detail is overlooked ensuring a smooth process and maintaining a prompt completion schedule. Lisa Marie makes the selection process easy and enjoyable by bringing products to the homeowner or going with each person to the 'Preferred Vendor' showrooms to help make wise and cost effective choices. They keep each customer informed and up to date on the progress of each project to make sure that customer's vision is realized!

  | Chanhassen - Porch Addition | Nov 2014 | This client wanted more entertaining space. They felt their current eat in kitchen space was a bit small. We added a dramatic 14' vaulted ceiling on top of a 16x17 addition. Our goal was to open up the entire exterior wall, however there were HVAC cold air returns for the upper level in the walls. We then needed to keep a few feet of wall on each side of the opening. We added the small arch to each opening. With the dramatic vault, the homeowner selected natural stone for the fireplace and boxed beams on the ceiling. We tied in new hardwood flooring to their existing flooring and the project looks as if it had always been part of their home. | Chanhassen, MN | |
  | Eden Prairie Remodel | Nov 2013 | This project planned because the homeowner wanted a walk in closet. From that desire turned into basically a whole main level remodel/addition project. When you have lived in your home for 20+ years you know what your dreams are for your home. Adding to the garage afforded us to make the kitchen, entry, master bath much larger.
