FM Homecheck was started in 1994 by Fran McGovern. After spending 15 years in the commercial construction business, Fran struck out on his own operating as a construction consultant specializing in residential Home Inspections. Since then he has completed over 4,000 fee paid commercial/residential inspections! Our goal is to provide accurate information to buyers and sellers of Real Estate, residential or commercial.
