Brookfield Communities has been building new homes and active adult masterplanned communities in Arizona for nearly twenty years. Brookfield has two current large Arizona projects, Verde Santa Fe and Fox Creek.

Brookfield Communities in Bullhead City, AZ, with their corporate in Phoenix, currently has five Registrar of Contractors complaints filed against their contractors license in workmanship, in the last six months, as of 9-2-21. One complaint is currently under appeal with the ROC and does not count in the FIVE on recording! There is another complaint that is currently in legal with ROC under appeal review. DO NOT EXPECT TO GET WHAT YOU ARE SOLD!! THERE ARE MANY, MANY OF US!!@
