Matt did a fantastic job inspecting my new home. Yes the market is crazy right now and I knew we were willing to overlook some small stuff but man did he do a thorough job. He provided a thorough explanation of things he found and the report was broken down into things that needed immediate attention and things that just needed to be noted. Will recommend and use American Eagle Home Inspection in the future.
