About JBS lighting and electrical maintenance
For the last two years we have been strictly a referral based company. We handle mostly residential and light commercial electrical projects. We do service calls and are efficient at trouble shooting electrical problems. We also do new construction, additions and remodel electrical. We are by the book and have an excellent inspection record. We are driven by customer satisfaction. Our passion is lighting, we focus on having the proper lighting for any given area or situation giving more than just one product option and not just the bare minimum. We like the anything is possible attitude and it's just a matter of what we have to do to make it happen, especially in existing areas that are already finished. No job too small.

| Nutter addition and kitchen remodel | Nov 2015 | Installed service and wiring for a 2,300 sq ft addition. This included tie in with the existing smoke alarm system, cable and phone. Installation of more than 30 can lights in the interior of the addition. Full kitchen remodel without full demolition of all the drywall in that area. Installed 11 can lights in kitchen/entry. We tied in the circuit for the boiler in the addition, and the kitchen circuitsto the existing panel location because of existing generator capability.
