A whole house repipe. At least 2 galvanized to copper fittings. No evidence of permit gotten. No response to calls or email.

Everything started out fine, but took a steep dive at Installation. Got quick response and install date. Sent only single installer for 50 gallon water heater on 2nd floor of house. After installing, they left with stains on our carpet all the way down steps as well as chips cut out of our wood bannister after the guy literally dragged the old water heater out without any protection for our rugs. After several attempts to contact for promised cleaning of carpets, cleaning was finally done to satisfaction. However, we tried for weeks to get copy of our invoice which we paid at Installation. They had no hard copy, only offered e-invoice which they said would be forwarded immediately . It took a month to finally get after multiple calls and promises. Their voicemail was "full" every time, requiring us to place multiple calls until someone was available by phone. We have a functioning water heater, but the process was excruciating. Would not recommend.

I had a plumbing emergency with my drain pipe backed up with water behind my washer and drier. I called to get help and this company dispatched their emergency plumber, Dustin. He was here to fix it within 40 minutes! I recommend this family owned business. They are honest, friendly, reliable, and affordable especially in an emergency! If I have any other plumping mishaps I will be calling them back and I'm going to share their business information within my Home Owners Association to help them out since they're starting up and I know this business will take care of any issues our neighborhood would have with their plumbing and they also provide a warranty with their work!

Richard was out Monday Was to send quotes on water heater installation by email. Can’t get hold of him or company because the number’s not set up to receive calls.
