First time buying a home, was kinda worried about the inspection. After meeting Brad and speaking with him, he made me feel very at ease. Brad took the time to explain everything to me. He did in fact do a very thorough roof to basement inspection on the home, as well as the grounds and shop. I then received a very detailed report from Brad and went over it with him on the phone.
