We will do your water test for you even if it is a FHA or VA home loan. We offer a infrared camera service for those concerned about there stucco homes, we even will do the more invasive type of inspection if the buyer gives us written permission and check for moisture behind the stucco. With all of the above said the last service we can provide for you is on site mold testing if something is found during your inspection.
