I received a call from Eric Kerner and we scheduled a specific date and time for him to come to my home in order for him to assess the job I needed done and to give me an estimate on the cost. Unfortunately, Eric was a no show, no call the day of our appointment. I would not use, or recommend, someone so unreliable or inconsiderate.
