The kitchen and main floor of this late 90s home were given a fresh facelift. The kitchen was gutted down to the studs and a central island was replaced with a peninsula for a more spacious and functional area. Brand new hardwood flooring, cabinetry, and an elegant tile backsplash were installed to finish off the look. Doorways were widened and a new layout complements the kitchen remodel, including an updated living room and fireplace.

These customers wanted an updated look to their 1960s kitchen and they also had new quartz countertops they wanted to keep. There was an old indoor brick grille which they had never used and a bookshelf area that was poorly used. We re-arranged appliances, added a pantry, took out soffits & peninsula upper cabinets, enlarged a window, and added lighting. We were able to re-use the countertops and add matching counter space while staying on budget for a beautiful modernized kitchen that matches their colonial style rambler.
