Marvin Infinity windows & patio doors are good quality. We accepted a bid ($$$) on 3/15/2020. Our project was completed 7 months later. Installation was done by a two man crew from Mankato in 3 workdays. They started working at 2:30, 11:00 & 10:00, took long lunch breaks, left by 4:30. They gave no introduction, no goodbye, we'll be back at ___, scratched our porch floor, broke a support piece on a cedar swing, only washed a few windows, did minimal clean up, left curtains on the bathroom floor, smoked, no masks & seemed irritated when questioned about condensation on one window, different size spaces on the sides of several windows. Later I was told it was a 1/16" difference & it would require removing the windows & starting over. I sent manager Matt photos of my complaints. He did not respond. The Rochester business isn't professional installing costly, appealing products & has poor customer service. Hopefully the windows & doors will be more satisfying than the employees & person in charge.
