I hired roger sammons /Mr. Small Jobs in Sept. 2017 to replace the roof on a sunroom and some other small jobs at my home. As of March 19 ,2018 the work has not been completed. The workmanship on the roof is so bad, that the material can't even be used to repair the roof, metal roof. He had every excuse in the book for not finishing the job once he got paid . He stopped responding to my text. I filed a complaint with the BBB but don't expect much out of that. The work quality on the roof ,the painting, the sheet rock work, and the caulking was terrible and will have to be redone. Roger talks a good game but his follow through is no good . I know one other person that is still waiting for him to finish a project at their home for which he has ready been paid. This is not an honest contractor that can be relied on. It is costing me $1800.00 to replace the roof that I paid him $2000.00 to replace last September. I will do everything in my power to make sure that he is exposed for the hustler that he is and has as little opportunity to take advantage of other people as possible. Be advised| I had to give him 1 star because they won't allow a zero.

Actually Zero stars but it won't let me, Do not use!!!! This man was paid $650.00 from us for work he said he would complete but never returned to do. I have a verified BBB complaint. This man is a thief and con man.

Pole replacement this guy is true con man claiming the job cost twice what he quoted there is a place for people like him I hope he enjoys his money
