Quest Plumbing and Heating

We've hired Quest Plumbing and Heating for several projects over the years. Among those include: 1) Installing central humidifier to our HVAC system 2) Installing new kitchen sink and toilet into our home 3) Replacement of a sewer pump 4) Disconnecting and reconnecting an A/C unit due to land grading issues 5) Replacement of a 25 foot section of clogged pipe in my parents home... All of these jobs were done by Quest, and they were done in a timely fashion, at a reasonable cost, and with outstanding professionalism. They are one of the few contractors we've seen that treated our home like their own. Once the job is done, the worksite is as clean (if not cleaner) than when they started.

After having unscrupulous people rip the brass sprinkler valve off the side of my house twice, I was looking for a solution instead of simply replacing it for the next thief. I went through 3 other plumbers . Only Quest offered great advice on how to solve the problem, gave me a fair price, and worked hard to get it installed in spite of an over crowded basement and less than ideal working conditions. I have called Quest several times since. It's tough to find an honest and reliable plumber. But when you do, you want everyone to know.

Quest Plumbing and Heating converted our system from oil to gas. Once we agreed on a price and signed the agreement, we could just sit back and relax - Quest arranged for all the permits, installations, inspections and correlated with PSEG (something that is not very easy to do, I was told). All on schedule and as agreed. And the price was competitive too. Quest was always on time, and we were always able to reach Matt, the owner, no matter when we called. There were no surprises, and everything went smoothly. The quality of work was great, and they cleaned up the work space after they were done. I would recommend this company because of their honesty, efficiency, and dependability. 02/21/2015, Saturday. Our first service call to Quest Plumbing and Heating today, at 7 am. Very encouraging. Matt responded very quickly and came with another member of the team to investigate the problem. Turned out that problem was not with the installed units but rather with the outside metal filters on the exhaust pipes, which I asked him to place on the exhaust vents to keep small critters away. Because of a freezout we are having this year they just iced over. Once they were removed from the exhaust pipes, our unit is working perfectly. No problems there. We are toasty and warm and very happy. Thank you, Matt.
