Great service -- Cameron is the best. Super fast, knowledgable. Does his best to get you the best pricing by utilizing discounts/specials for mechanical equipment, parts, etc.

Cameron did 2 projects for me, in the summer of 2014 and 2015. He was responsive, easy to work with and focused on customer satisfaction . He did an outstanding job with a difficult furnace install (new furnace into an old townhouse= no space!!). He also diagnosed some bothersome heating and cooling inefficiencies, and as a result I have a place to hang my hat that is cozy-warm in the winter and cool in the summer. He was also a good communicator about HVAC systems, telling me what I needed to know. . I recommend him highly.

BNC installed a replacement AC and furnace for me mid 2015 completely turn key. It was a great experience with good advice e.g regarding installing a thermostat accessible over the internet from my phone. Particularly valuable was that BNC provided rebate forms full filled in for my gas company and electrical company, including every serial number and detail. This saved a lot of effort. and made the rebates flow right. Thankz!
