About Showcase Framers Inc.
We are a General Contracting and Framing Sub-Contracting company, built on passion for the industry, and a solid work ethic that is imbedded into every new trainee. With a combined 28 years of experience between the two owners were ready for just about anything. From new construction to various remodels, there is no job too larg or too small for Showcase. No matter what size the project is, our approach is consistent. We value our Customers as well as our Employees, and take great pride in our quality and efficiency.

My house was hit with the hail storm back in June of 2015, after continuous issues we stumbled across, we have finally finished the exterior of our home. All said and done, the work that was done was outstanding for all that had to be done. On the house the entire roof had to be replaced, ie. trusses, decking, shingles, etc. They gave the roof better angles as to not allow for water or snow build up, as well as made it so that I could fully open up my kitchen and living room into an open floor plan. They ended up doing siding to the whole house, re-framing an exterior door and laying new concrete, and they did the roof on the garage

  | Roof Replacement | Feb 2016 | This project was a very intricate and rare job. What started out as a simple insurance claim for new shingles turned into a complete roof replacement. Due to broken rafters we could not simply just replace the roofing, this house was in jeopardy of collapsing. So after carful planning we had managed to demo the entire roofing system. Shingles, Sheathing, Framing, and insulation. Without taking down or creating excessive damage to the drywall on the ceiling. We completely removed the roof and replaced the framing with manufactured trusts and then installed Owens Corning Architectural shingles on the house and detached garage with a 10 year Contractors warranty on the structure along with the manufactures limited lifetime warranty on the roofing. We also replaced a few Headers above window openings in order to bring the structure up to code as well as properly carry the new roof load. After this project was completed the only cost to the homeowner was the price of his deductible and the cost to re-insulate the attic.
